What Is Not Covered

  • Damage caused by misuse, accidental drops, or liquid ingress
  • Normal wear and tear over time
  • Damage resulting from use outside the recommended guidelines (sessions longer than 30 minutes, distance less than 20 cm)
  • Products purchased from unauthorized third-party sellers
